Q: What if i need Help after I purchase your product?
A: Donot worry I stand behind my product 100%! just submit a ticket on my help desk and either myself or one of my team member will be there to help you.
Q: I Never Got My Login Info
Whenever you place an order from us, a welcome email with your order info and login details are immediately emailed to you. Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from “Shan” or “VideoBrisk” with the subject line "Thank you for your Purchase" This email was sent to the CONTACT EMAIL that you specified when ordering. If your welcome email doesn't arrive within 10-20 mins after placing your order, submit a ticket and we'll get you all fixed up
